I’m a recent transplant to the South from the frozen tundra that is Michigan. I currently make my home in Atlanta, and am trying valiantly to not be smelted into something resembling a small grease spot by the heatwave affectionately known as Atlanta Broil.

I say ‘recent’ because after 4 years, I’m still not admitting I kind of like it here.

I’m also old enough to be your Daddy, and this blog is my way of venting now that I’ve decided to take my inert ass back to the gym. If I’m ever going to be able to bounce a quarter off my butt, it’s now or never. And with inflation, who knows how long this will take?
